NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 21, 2018, entered in Case No. 09-CA-002384 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, As Trustee For Greenpoint Mortgage Funding Trust Mortgage Pass- Through Certificates, Series 2007- AR2 is the Plaintiff and Amadou Wane; Unknown Spouse of Amadou Wane, if any; Carrollwood Creek Homeowners' Association, Inc.; Doe, John N/K/A Frederick Ribuffo; Unknown Spouse of Harold Thomas Huff are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 18th day of March, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK A, CARROLLWOOD CREEK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 83, PAGE 95, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
