NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 29, 2019, and entered in 18-004240-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DITECH FINANCIAL LLC FKA GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff and LAND TRUST CAPITAL, LLC, AS TRUSTEE OF THE 1867 NEVADA AVENUE RESIDENTIAL LAND TRUST; MICHAEL R. COLE; KAREN C. COLE; CHRISTINE COLE; FIRST TENNESSEE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO FIRST HORIZON HOME LOAN CORPORATION; CITY OF ST PETERSBURG, FLORIDA; CLERK OF COURTS OF PINELLAS COUNTY; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on April 02, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
