NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 19, 2019 and entered in Case No.: 18-3590-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff AND JESSE L. MCKINNEY, ESTATE OF BARBARA J. MCKINNEY, ALL HEIRS AND PERSONS CLAIMING THROUGH BY OR ON BEHALF OF BARBARA J. MCKINNEY, ERNEST PETERSON and ATLANTIC CREDIT & FINANCE, INC. are the Defendants. Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on March 21, 2019 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 16 and the South ½ of Lot 15, Block 8, Bethwood Terrace, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 21, Pages 42 and 43, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
