NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 26, 2019 in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-008093-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, wherein FINANCE OF AMERICA REVERSE LLC is Plaintiff and RICHARD LEE ROSS, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 2nd day of April , 2019 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT C, BUILDING 2773, CATALINA ISLES CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 9137, PAGE 983, AND ANY AMENDMENTS MADE THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
