NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 13, 2019 and entered in Case No. 2018-CA-006789-0 of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2006 EQ2 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-EQ2, is Plaintiff and HYPOLITE WILLSER A/K/A WILLSER HYPOLITE; et al., are Defendants, the Office of Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 16TH day of APRIL 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18 OF KAIETEUR PLACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 112, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
