NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 13, 2017, and entered in 2013-CA-012451-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein DITECH FINANCIAL LLC is the Plaintiff and CHRIS DUPLANTIS A/K/A CHRIS J. DUPLANTIS; ELISA DUPLANTIS A/K/A ELISA S. DUPLANTIS; HUNTERS CREEK COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Tiffany Moore Russell as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on April 02, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
