Note is hereby given that on the 3rd day of April, 2019, at 11 a.m. Eastern time at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Clerk of Court, Orange County, Florida, will offer for sale the above described UNIT/WEEKS of the following described real property:
Week/Unit No. 16/000351 of Orange Lake Country Club Villas, a condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 3300, Page 2702, Public Records of Orange County, Florida, and all amendments hereto.
The aforesaid sales will be made pursuant to the final judgment of foreclosure as to the above listed counts, respectively, in Civil Action No. 2018-CA-009711-O.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
