NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 27, 2019, and entered in Case No. 08-2018-CA-000322 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which GTE Federal Credit Union d/b/a/ GTE Financial, is the Plaintiff and Ronald L. Williams, are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 15 day of April, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
