Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment/order entered in the above noted case, that the Clerk of Court of Charlotte County, Florida will sell the following property situated in Charlotte County, Florida described as:
Unit A-6, THE CAPE, PHASE ONE, Official Records Book 851, Page 2173, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book Condominium Book 851, Page 2173 and all amendments thereafter, and per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 6, Page 21A through 21F, as thereafter amended, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
Parcel Identification TAX I.D. # 412034676006 (“property” or “real property”)
The Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest bidder for case, on March 20, 2019, at 11:00 a.m. on Charlotte County's Public Auction website: www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FORM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE
