NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 5, 2019, in Case No. 2018-CA-005304 AX, in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, that Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the courthouse located at the Clerk's Annex, Manatee County Judicial Center, 1051 Manatee Avenue, West Bradenton, Florida 34205 on March 26, 2019 at the hour of 11:00 a.m. EST, (by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 a.m. at www.manatee.realforeclose.com), the property described as follows:
Lot 44, Kenwood Park, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 38, Page 200, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida. PID 2054165709
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
