NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 26, 2019, entered in the above styled cause now pending in said court.
The Clerk of the Court, Crystal K. Kinzel will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, on March 28, 2019, at 11:00 A.M. the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Parcel No. 1
The East 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 16, Township 50 South, Range 26 East, Collier County, Florida, less the South thirty (30) feet and the East thirty (30) feet thereof reserved for road right-of-way.
Parcel No. 2
The East 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 16, Township 50 South, Range 26 East, Collier county, Florida, reserving therefrom the North thirty (30) feet and the East thirty (30) feet for road right-of-way, and
The East 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 16, Township 50 South, Range 26 East, Collier County, Florida, reserving therefrom the East thirty (30) feet and the south thirty (30) feet for road right-of-way.

West 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4, less the South 30 feet thereof; and the West 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 LESS the North 30 feet thereof, and the West 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 less the South thirty (30) feet thereof, all in Section 16, Township 50 South, Range 26 East, Collier County, Florida
Less those portions, rights or interests described by the Order of Taking running in favor of Collier County, Florida and recorded in the Public Records of Collier County in O.R.B. 4342 pages 3969-3985 and the Order of Taking recorded in the Public Records of Collier County at ORB 5109, pages 3087-3092.
Commonly known as: +/-20 Acres of Vacant land located at Whitaker & Sunset Blvd., Naples, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within SIXTY (60) days after the sale.
