NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2017-CA-001000-CAAX-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, NYMT LOAN TRUST 2014-RP1, Plaintiff, and, UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF BARBARA SUSAN ROBB, DECEASED, et. al. are Defendants, Clerk of the Circuit Court, Paula S. O'Neal, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 21st day of March, 2019, the following described property:
