NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 27, 2019, in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Third Floor lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 28 day of March, 2019 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure or order, to wit:
THE SOUTH 105 FEET OF THE SOUTH 180 FEET OF TRACT 13, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 17, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 5 AND 6 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
