NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Pluries Writ of Execution issued in Hillsborough County Civil Court, Court of Hillsborough County, Florida on the 12th day of February, 2019, in the cause wherein Skyport Holdings Tampa, LLC, was Plaintiff, and The Turin Aviation Group, LLC, was Defendant, being case number 18CA008126 in said Court.
I, Chris Nocco, as Sheriff of Pasco County, Florida, have levied upon all the right, title, and interest of the defendant, The Turin Aviation Group, LLC, in and to the following described property, to wit:
1. Cessna fixed wing multi-engine Airplane, FAA Registration number N374TA, serial number 310Q1105, model number 310Q, and its Logbooks.
2. Piper fixed wing single-engine Airplane, FAA Registration number N11HA, serial number 28-7305338, model number PA-28-180, and its Logbooks.
3. Beech fixed wing multi-engine Airplane, FAA Registration number N2833G, serial number AF-159, model number C-45H, and its Logbooks.
4. The Logbooks for the North American fixed wing single-engine airplane, FAA Registration number N28100, serial number 49-1703A, model number T-28A.
I shall offer this property for sale “AS IS” on April 3, 2019 at 11:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as possible, at 39317 Airpark Rd, Zephyrhills, FL 33542 in the County of Pasco, State of Florida. I will offer for sale all of the Defendant's right, title, and interest in aforesaid property at public outcry and will sell the same, subject to all prior liens, encumbrances, and judgments, if any, to the highest and best bidder or bidders for CASH, the proceeds to be applied as far as may be to the payment of costs and the satisfaction of the above-described execution.
