NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 17, 2019 and entered in Case No.: 18-5813-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CITY OF CLEARWATER, a municipal corporation, is the Plaintiff and BETHEL CHRISTIAN CENTER CHURCH, INC., A FLORIDA NOT FOR PROFIT CORPORATION is the Defendant. Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinelas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on April 17, 2019 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Lots 6, 7 and 8, Block B, First Addition to Norwood, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 79, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

(“the Property”)
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
