IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT

GULF AND BAY CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation,
Plaintiff, v.
Patricia Burchett as Trustee of the Patricia Burchett Revocable Trust Agreement dated August 17, 2000; Keith A. Burchett and Patricia A. Burchett, his wife, individually not as Trustee, et al;
Defendants.
Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment entered in the above-styled Case Number 2018 CA 005666 NC on February 27, 2019 in the Circuit Court of SARASOTA, Florida, that the Clerk of Court shall sell the following property, in SARASOTA County, Florida, described as:
Apartment 201, Building F, Gulf and Bay Club, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1326, Page 768, as amended at O.R. Book 1340, Page 319, O.R. Book 1391, Page 1039, O.R. Book 1478, Page 1117, further amended at O.R. Book 1846, Book 2843, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 13, Page 9, 9A, through 9F, amended at Condominium Book 13, Page 27, Condominium Book 15, Page 8, Condominium Book 17, Page 50, Condominium Book 22, Page 40, further amended at Condominium Book 25, Page 35, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.sarasota. realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on April 3, 2019. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
