NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 21, 2019, and entered in 2018 CA 004428 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CIT BANK N.A. is the Plaintiff and CHRISTINE H. GOVAARS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTINE H. GOVAARS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; THE INDEPENDENT SAVINGS PLAN COMPANY D/B/A “ISPC” are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on April 22, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1434, LAKE SARASOTA UNIT NO. 16 SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 22 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
