SHERMAN, BENEFICIAL FLORIDA, INC., a Corporation MIDLAND FUNDING, LLC, a Limited Liability Company, and BARBARA FORD-COATES, as Sarasota County Tax Collector, if alive and/or in existence; and if not, any unknown spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, judgment creditors, and all other parties claiming by, through, under, or against the Defendants, and all unknown natural persons if alive, and if dead or not known to be dead or alive, their several and respective unknown spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, and judgment creditors, or other parties claiming by, through, or under those unknown natural persons; and the several and respective unknown assigns, successors in interest, trustees, or any other person claiming by, through, under, or against any corporation or other legal entity named as a Defendant; and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants or parties or claiming to have any right, title, interest in the property described in this complaint,

You are Hereby Notified that an action to quiet title on the following property located in Sarasota County, Florida:
Lots 14817, 14818, 14819, 14820, and 14821 , SOUTH VENICE, UNIT NO. 56, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 23, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
(hereinafter the “Property”)
Has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your answer or pleading to said complaint on Plaintiff's attorney of record, Elias M. Mahshie, 407 E. Marion Ave., Suite 101, Punta Gorda, FL 33950, and file the original answer or pleading in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Sarasota County Courthouse, 2002 Ringling Blvd., Sarasota, Florida on or before April 8, 2019. If you fail to do so, a Judgment by Default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
