BOOK 5124,- PAGES 1702 THROUGH 1761, AND AS AMENDED IN O. R. BOOK 5269, PAGES 267 THROUGH 272, O.R. BOOK 5519, PAGE 303, O.R. BOOK 5706, PAGE 790, AND O.R. BOOK 6021, PAGE 335, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of you written defenses, if any, to it, on McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce, LLC, Sara Collins, Attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 225 East Robinson Street, Suite 155, Orlando, FL 32801 on or before 3-4-19, a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the Business Observer (Pinellas) and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demand in the complaint.
