NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Uniform Consent Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 21, 2019 entered in Civil Case No. 2016 CA 002576 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF SALOMON BROS MORTGAGE SECURITIES VII, INC. MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 1997-HUD2 is Plaintiff and LAVERN AND DEBORAH GROFF, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, KAREN E.
