NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated February 21, 2019 entered in Civil Case No. 2016 CA 003632 NC in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING, LLC, Plaintiff and THERESE M. CRAFT A/K/A THERESA M. CRAFT A/K/A THERESE VALENTE; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are defendants, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 AM on April 22, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
