NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 24, 2019, and entered in 2018 CA 002894 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK N.A., IN ITS CAPACITY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF MASTR ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2005-NC1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-NC1 is the Plaintiff and LYNDA J. JOHNSON; RANDALL M. JOHNSON; SUNTRUST BANK are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on April 24, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
