NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 4, 2019 and entered in 2018 CA 000406 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY FSB D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE CSMC 2015-RPL2 TRUST MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES SERIES 2015-RPL2, is the Plaintiff and HOWARD W. WALTON A/K/A HOWARD WESLEY WALTON; CITY OF NORTH PORT, FLORIDA; PORT CHARLOTTE HMA, LLC F/K/A PORT CHARLOTTE HMA, INC. D/B/A BAYFRONT HEALTH PORT CHARLOTTE; are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on March 28, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
