NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 27 day of FeB, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-CA-003861, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION CORP. 2005-WMC1 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-WMC1, is the Plaintiff and RAY KIESEL; CHERYL KIESEL; are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 9:00 AM on the 28 day of MARCH, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
