NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated Feb. 27, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-CA-004727 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIZENS BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and GARY CORDES, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 29 day of April, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 19 AND 20, BLOCK 248, UNIT 10, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE(S) 25 THROUGH 31, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
