NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 21, 2019, entered in Case No. 2017 CA 004179 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee under Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of December 1, 2006 MASTR Asset-Backed Securities Trust 2006-NC3 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-NC3 is the Plaintiff and Gyorgy Arany; Eva T. Arany; Isles of Sarasota Homeowners Association, Inc.; Palmer Ranch Master Property Owners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 29th day of March, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 379, ISLES OF SARASOTA, UNIT 2A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGES 48, 48A, THROUGH 48H, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
