The undersigned Lienor hereby gives notice that the below described motor vehicle will be sold at public auction in the manner provided for in Section 713.585 Florida Statutes:

CUSTOMER NAME: Lisa Lin Phillips, 1001 Starkey Road, Lot 463, Largo, FL 33771

LIENOR'S NAME, ADDRESS, AND PHONE : Samuel Cooper, d/b/a Cooper Auto Repair Service, 8900 49th St. N., Unit D2, Pinellas Park, FL 33782.

There are no other lienors or owners of record except as set forth in this notice.

Lienor claims a lien on the vehicle for labor and services performed and storage charges, if any, and the cash sum which, if paid to the lienor, would be sufficient to redeem the vehicle from the lien claimed by the lienor is the sum of $6,512.63.

The lien claimed by the lienor is subject to enforcement pursuant to Section 713.585 Florida Statutes, and the vehicle may be sold to satisfy the lien.

The date, time, and location of the scheduled sale of the vehicle is February 15, 2019, at 4:00 p.m. at Cooper Auto Repair Service, 8900 49th St. N., Unit D2, Pinellas Park, FL 33782.

The owner of the vehicle or any person claiming an interest in or lien thereon has a right to a hearing at any time before the scheduled date of sale by filing a demand for hearing with the clerk of the circuit court of Pinellas County, Florida, and mailing copies of the demand for hearing to all other owners and lienors as reflected in this notice.

The owner of the vehicle has a right to recover possession of the vehicle without instituting judicial proceedings by posting bond in accordance with Section 559.917, Florida Statutes.

Any proceeds from the sale of the vehicle remaining after payment of the amount claimed to be due and owing to the lienor will be deposited with the clerk of the circuit court for disposition upon court order pursuant to 713.585 (8) Florida Statutes.

A lienholder, if any, has the right, as specified in 713.585 (5) Florida Statutes to demand a hearing or to post a bond.

A copy of the foregoing Notice has been sent by Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested, to the above identified Registered Owner, Customer, and Lienors, if any, this 22nd day of January, 2019.
