NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 21, 2019, and entered in 17-003094-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2007-1, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and GERALD P. SIGLER, JR ; FIRST CARTHAGE GROUP, LLC AKA FIRST CARTHAGE GROUP, “LLC.”; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR AEGIS WHOLESALE CORPORATION ; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on April 11, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
