NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 16, 2019, and entered in Case No. 16-003215-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGES TRUST 2006-OA2 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OA2, is Plaintiff, and DAVID EDSON; SUSAN A. EDSON, et al., are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 16TH day of MAY 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
