NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 25, 2019, and entered in 16-000890-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR PARK PLACE SECURITIES INC. ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2004-MCW1 CLASS A-1 CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff and JIMMIE WILLIAMS; MARTHA WILLIAMS are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on March 28, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
