NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 21, 2019, and entered in 18-006005-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING LLC is the Plaintiff and CAMILA YAMADA, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF DANIEL ORELLANA A/K/A DANIEL ORELLANA, JR., DECEASED; JORGE ORELLANA; JESSICA ORELLANA; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; INVERNESS CONDOMINIUM I ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on April 25, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
