NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 6, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-003009-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. as Trustee for Mortgage Assets Management Series I Trust, is the Plaintiff and Bobbie Phillips a/k/a Bobbie Hobbs Phillips f/k/a Bobbie Lee Hobbs , United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development , are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 9th day of April, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
