NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 30, 2019, entered in Case No. 17-003384-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Specialized Loan Servicing LLC is the Plaintiff and Irene Margaret Cornelius a/k/a Irene M. Cornelius; Unknown Spouse of Irene Margaret Cornelius a/k/a Irene M. Cornelius; Marie Drew; ReMax All Star; Bay Area Roofing a/k/a Bay Area Roofing, Inc.; Bank of America, N.A. ; Bank of America, N.A. are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 2nd day of April, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, OAK MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 40, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
