NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 27, 2019, and entered in Case No. 15-007042-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon, f/k/a The Bank of New York, successor in interest to JPMorgan ChaseBank, N.A., as Trustee for Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities Trust 2006-SD1, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-SD1 , is the Plaintiff and BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY, CHARLENE C. KUTZAN, DENNIS R. KUTZAN, JACARANDA BEACH VILLAS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC., are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 2nd day of April, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
