NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 18-004246-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING LLC, Plaintiff, and, UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF RICHARD ALLEN FULLER, DECEASED, et al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Circuit Courts, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 3rd day of April, 2019, the following described property:
LOT 2, BLOCK C, LAKE PALMS SUBDIVISION SECTION 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGES 54 THROUGH 57, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
