NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 28, 2019 in the above action, the Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Orange, Florida, on May 29, 2019, at 11:00 AM, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes for the following described property:
Lot 50 (less the West 137 feet thereof), LAKESIDE HOMES according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book B, Page 69, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida; together with a parcel of land described as follows: Begin at the Northeast corner of aforedescribed Lot 50, run thence East 410 feet into Dream Lake, thence South 200 feet, thence West 410 feet, thence North 200 feet to the Point of Beginning (less that portion of said description lying within the right of way of Lake Avenue).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
