NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated February 28, 2019, entered in Case No. 41-2013-CA-000629 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC, is the Plaintiff and Stephen W. Lowther a/k/a Stephen Lowther; Patricia F. Lowther; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By Through Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Incorporated, as Nominee for United Guaranty Residential Insurance Company of N.C.; Sonoma Townhome Homeowners Association, Inc.; Sonoma Single Family Homeowners Association, Inc.; Sonoma Master Association, Inc.; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 3rd day of April, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 30, OF SONOMA PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGE(S) 142 THROUGH 158, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
