NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 25, 2019, entered in Case No. 2018CA002801AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Linda G. Wambold a/k/a Linda Gail Wambold, Deceased; Jodi Daft a/k/a Jodi Lynn Daft a/k/a Jodi L. Daft; Jason Nicholas Wambold; Joy Lyn Wambold; Piney Point Homeowners, Inc. are the Defendants, that Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 3rd day of April, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT #113 OF PINEY POINT HOMEOWNERS COOPERATIVE, A COOPERATIVE, ACCORDING TO EXHIBIT “B” (PLOT PLAN) OF THE MASTER FORM PROPRIETARY LEASE RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1240, PAGES 1908 THROUGH 1936, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH 1978 BARR HS MOBILE HOME ID#S FLFL2A802330961 & FLFL2B802330961; TITLE NUMBERS 15459828 & 15459829.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
