NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 07, 2019, and entered in 2014CA000578AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2006-2 is the Plaintiff and DANIELLE A. PARDUE; ALTON R. PARDUE, JR.; RONALD MONTALBANO; DEANNE MONTALBANO; STONEYBROOK AT HERITAGE HARBOUR COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; HERITAGE HARBOUR MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on May 08, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
