NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 4, 2019, and entered in Case No. 41 2017CA003390AX, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3 is Plaintiff and DANIEL A. TISONE; DIANE H. TISONE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DANIEL A. TISONE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DIANE H. TISONE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; LAKESIDE II AT CREEKWOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; CREEKWOOD MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. ANGELINA (ANGEL) COLONNESO, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 3rd day of April, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 87, CREEKWOOD PHASE TWO SUBPHASE F, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGE(S) 16 THROUGH 22, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
