NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 5, 2019 in the above action, the Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Manatee, Florida, on July 3, 2019, at 11:00 AM, at WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM for the following described property:
Lot 11, Block “N”, Country Club Heights, First Addition, according to the Map or Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 15, at Pages 50 through 53, inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
