NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 19, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2017CA001901000000 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, as Trustee for Residential Accredit Loans, Inc., Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-through Certificates, Series 2007-QH1, is the Plaintiff and Juan Gonzalo Villa a/k/a Juan G. Villa a/k/a Juan Villa, Maria Isabel Giraldo a/k/a Maria Isabela Girlado a/k/a Maria Girlado, Hampton Lakes of Davenport Homeowners Association, Inc., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for First National Bank of Arizona, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 5th day of April, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
