HEATH A/K/A CHARLES THOMAS HEATH; BLACK POINT ASSETS, INC., AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE 217 18TH STREET NE LAND TRUST DATED FEBRUARY 2, 2015; CITY OF WINTER HAVEN, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on April 10, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
