AS TRUSTEE TO LEHMAN XS TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006- 13 is the Plaintiff and RUTH MOYA; DAVID MOYA; NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC; KINGS POND PHASE TWO HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on April 04, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
