Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 05, 2019, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
UNIT NO. 307, EAGLES RETREAT, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH THE PRO-RATE INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND COMMON PROPERTY OF THE CONDOMINIUM AND LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THEREOF, MORE PARTICULARLY DELINEATED AND IDENTIFIED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF EAGLES RETREAT, A CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 2348, AT PAGE 581, CT. SEQ., PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND AS AMENDED.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, on April 4, 2019 beginning at 11:00 AM.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
