NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 4, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2018-CA-001619, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-23 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and FURSE LAKES CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; JUAN F. ARCILA A/K/A JUAN FELIPE ARCILA MARTINEZ; ELIZABETH ZULUAGA A/K/A ELIZABETH ZULVAGA; PLANTATION HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF COLLIER COUNTY, INC., are defendants. Crystal K. Kinzel, Clerk of the Circuit Court for COLLIER, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the Lobby on the Third FLOOR of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 4 day of April, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 12, BUILDING F, FURSE LAKES CLUB, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1600, PAGE 790, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
