NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 18, 2017, and Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated February 5, 2019, in the above-styled cause, the Clerk of Circuit Court Stacy M. Butterfield, shall sell the subject property at public sale on the 9th day of April, 2019, at 10 a.m. to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.polk.realforeclose.com on the following described property:
