NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Order For Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 5, 2019, in the above-styled cause, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor or Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on April 4, 2019, the following described property:
Unit No. 210 of the Estuary at Everglades City, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 4184, Page 691, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
