NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 11th March, 2019, in the above-captioned action, the following property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
LOT 24 OF VALENCIA GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB - PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, AT PAGES 33 THROUGH 39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 1958 Par Drive, Naples, FL 34120
shall be sold by the Clerk of Court, Crystal K. Kinzel, on the April 4, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) in person, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, to the highest bidder, for cash, after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
