NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Clerk of Court of Pasco County shall sell the property located at 4943 Myrtle Oak Drive, Unit 23, New Port Richey, Florida 34653, more specifically described as:
Unit No. 23, Building 1, SUNNYBROOK 1, a Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1402, Page 1636, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 1, Page 82, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
at the public sale on April 9th, 2019, at 11:00 A.M. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed pursuant to the final judgment, to the highest bidder for cash at the website of www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
